Data may be collected from the data subject or from other sources (ex .: archives, family members, etc.). The collection can also take place via telematic means and, subsequently, the data can be processed by computer and manual means.

The Data processing is carried out in compliance with the safety regulations in force, with reference to the Text of the Privacy Regulation in its entirety. Information systems and computer programs are configured to minimize the use of personal and identification data not necessary for the processing purposes specified below.

The criteria that determine the data retention period are related to legislative obligations with a minimum period of 10 years from the date of acquisition of the single Data.
