Privacy Policy (art. 12 - GDPR)


Pursuant to Chapter III of the European Rules, n. 679/2016 and following amendments and additions (below, the "Privacy Policy"), we inform you, as an interested party, that the personal data you provide, or otherwise acquired, where lawful, in the context of our activity (hereinafter the "Data") are treated in compliance with the Privacy Regulation and the confidentiality obligations to which the activity of ERRELLE s.r.l. is inspired

Data may be collected from the data subject or from other sources (ex .: archives, family members, etc.). The collection can also take place via telematic means and, subsequently, the data can be processed by computer and manual means.

The Data processing is carried out in compliance with the safety regulations in force, with reference to the Text of the Privacy Regulation in its entirety. Information systems and computer programs are configured to minimize the use of personal and identification data not necessary for the processing purposes specified below.

The provision of Personal Data is necessary for the performance of activities related to the above mentioned purposes, therefore, in the event of your refusal to provide Personal Data, it will not be possible to proceed with the specific treatment.

For the correct fulfillment of the above mentioned purposes, the Data Controller may have access to the data collected, the Data Processing Manager, the Data Protection Officer and Employees.

The criteria that determine the data retention period are related to legislative obligations with a minimum period of 10 years from the date of acquisition of the single Data. This period may be exceeded in the event that the Data is strictly necessary for control practices of National Inspection Institutes.
In some cases the Data is stored for a period of 5 years from the time of acquisition at the ERRELLE s.r.l. paper archive.
We inform you that you will be able to enforce the rights set forth in Chapters II and III of EU Regulation 2016/679 among which we remind you of the right to withdraw your consent at any time (article 7 – Chapter II), the right to obtain from the Data controller the confirmation that their Personal Data is being processed and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (article 15 - Chapter III),
the right to obtain from the Data controller the rectification of their personal inaccurate Data (article 16 – Chapter III), the right to obtain the deletion of Personal Data from the Data controller(article 17 – Chapter III), the right to obtain from the data controller the limitation of the data processing (article 18 – Chapter III),
the right to receive Personal Data concerning you in a structured format in order to transmit it to another Data controller without any impediment (article 20 – Chapter III) and the right to object at any time, for reasons connected with a particular situation, to the processing of Personal Data concerning him (article 21 – Chapter III).
